Well what an experience it was to watch the ironman in person in Penticton a couple Sundays ago! My friend was in the race as well as his friends! What an inspiration and a never give up attitude!
Okay I am off to go on my spin bike now.......not for 11 hrs or anything...mabye for 30 minutes.....
